As an update I did nbme 12 as a practice exam and nbme 11 casually over a day and a half and nbme 12 definitely had questions the other forms didn't, and nbme 11 repeated many more questions from 9 and 10 than 12 did. My score from form 12 was actually pretty consistent with uwas 2 as well. My exam is on 08/30/2021. I've got UWSA2 and free 120 left. I got 224 on UWSA1 like a month ago. Trying to stay positive and just learn as much as I can from these nbme's and not get too excited from a good score, or bummed out about a lower one. But definitely a trip moving up 15 points, and then dropping down.. like a 6 flags ride or something! Walked out feeling really bad and knowing i made a lot of small mistakes. Step 2 ck: 250. Compared to step 1, i studied a lot less, and felt a lot less prepared. That said, I took care of myself way better and walked into the test feeling rested and with a positive outlook. I felt like step 1 broke me a little bit. Spread them out over 2-3 days and try to take your last one at least 3-4 days before your exam that way you have a few days to review your weak areas. So ideally you would start taking them 1.5 weeks before your exam. For example, one at the 10 day mark, another at the 7 day mark, and the last one at the 4 day mark give or take a day or two.
