Nov 18, 2018 · The off-white is better than blinding pure white, but I'd still prefer a proper night mode. As a lurker here (with frequent light sensitivity) who minimizes use of browser extensions, this would be great . After I had a minor stroke a couple years back, I have grown more sensitive to bright light.

In normal mode the white boxes for stats/hp at the top of the page appear to sit above the black background. But when you switch to dark mode it appears as if they are behind the background at the top.

Sep 23, 2020 · Turning off the Force Dark Pages setting in the OperaGX settings fixed it for me. I think the issue happens because Dnd Beyond pages don't have a dark mode, so the Opera GX software just alters the text without being able to alter the background to make it visible.

Dark mode would be a nice option, until it’s there you can get a plugin for Mozilla browsers that is toggle-able to force dark mode or high contrast mode. I have a lot of low vision friends that use this method. For me i use iPhone with a screen reader and privacy curtain so the screen is 100% black all the time. Even as im typing right now.
