Signor is new to the 290 wine scene (having opened in March of 2018). They sell mostly Oregon-grown wines, but they’re also working on a new crop of Texas grapes to harvest! If you’re driving by on 290, Signor doesn’t seem to be as visually impressive as some of it’s neighbors.
