I've seen ppl just add some material above and below monitor clamp to help distribute the weight. Lagkapten is basically the same as linnmon. Cardboard honeycomb inside a shell. Don't ever get the top wet, water spills etc. If it penetrates, it will develop unsightly bubbles on the surface. The center will sag over time. This is from use as a table with a full tower desktop on it over several years. On the plus side, it survived years so yes, you could say it's durable. Let me ask a follow-up.
