As for the actual wooden substrate in the beds: use hardwood. That's what these species naturally grow on.I just looked up in a German Book called "Das Pilzzuchtbuch" from Bert Marco Schuldes. There's a pic showing some Psilocybe azurescens grown indoors. He says it's possible in cold environments, but better results can be achieved outdoors. The bad thing is that he didn't mention what substrate he used or the temperatures etc.In short, no; Psilocybe Azurescens requires very different methods from the typical TEKs of Cubensis, mostly in the substrate/preparation. Psilocybe Azurescens is typically not grown indoors because of it's difficulty. This species differs from P.
